This course attracted hungry Elite players from all over, which is why we will be offering this course for the remainder of the winter season....
The ESS Elite Training Course will not only keep the Elite Players active during the winter break, but to sharpen their overall Futbol abilities... The Etienne Coaches tend to focus on the details of the Technical Soccer Player, that many overlook, but expect results. They place a great deal of emphasis on the LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTER...

ELITE ACADEMY Winter Training ( Session 1) Includes:
WEEK 1: Technical and Tactical Combo Training
-This is an economic training session combining technical and tactical exercises…
-Training is designed to challenge players to execute technically, while being placed in various tactical situations, along with physical fitness demands… probably the most strenuous session in the course…
WEEK 2: Speed/Space Creating Dribbling
-This session will focus specifically on dribbling with speed into open spaces…
-Players will be given tips and tools of the various triggers that help with decision making to actually dribble rather then pass… Players will learn the when and where to dribble concepts that will assist in the execution of the “right move” the “right touch” the “right decision” all at game speed…
WEEK 3: Finishing
-This session will focus on different aspects of finishing, this program is the perfect fit for any attack minded player looking to elevate their game.
-As well as technique, the course will include elements of build up play to goal and situational decision making to give players the tools to perform on gameday.
WEEK 4: Individual Attacking and Defending
-This session’s focus is creating an environment of repetition for 1v1 attacking and defending…
-Attacking players will be challenge to use moves and turns from previous sessions against active defenders…
-Defenders will be taught all aspects of the principles of 1 on 1 defending, then challenged to defend against active attackers…
WEEK 5: Group Attacking and Defending
-This session will focus on overall possession,
-Attacking players will be trained in build up play, counter attacks, overlaps, 3rd man running, etc.
-Defenders will study/implement the dynamics of “Pressure, Cover, & Balance” along with compacting space, double teaming players, angled pressure, and slide tackling, just to name a few...
- the importance of recognizing TRANSITIONAL MOMENTS... moving from offense to defense, and defense to offense...
-Players will deal with triggers, reaction, speed, and execution as it relates to transitional play..
-There will be 1v1 transitions, 2v2 transitions, numbers down transition, and full possession transition...

ENTERING THE FACILITY (COVID-19)
- When the athletes enter the facility, their temperature will be taken with a Non-Contact Digital Infrared Forehead Thermometer.
- The bathrooms are now equipped with touchless faucets, touchless soap dispensers, touchless hand dryers and will be steam cleaned daily. Steam cleaning sanitizes and kills 99.9 percent of bacteria and germs, is chemical free and will only be used when the athletes are on the field.
- Purell Dispensers and hand sanitizer have been placed throughout the facility and The Sports Factory will adhere to all the guidelines set forth by the CDC and health department.
- From an air quality standard, 30,000 cubic feet of fresh air is pumped into The Sports Factory each minute. In addition, our two internal air handling units are fitted with MERV 11 filters recycling the air within at a rate of 10,000 cubic feet per minute each
